• Image and Photo Usage: When you upload or use images and photos within the Compano.AI platform—whether for avatar creation, personalization, or any feature—we treat that data with the highest level of care and security:
   

  • Purpose Limitation: Photos uploaded by users will only be used to provide the specific functionality within the app, such as generating avatars, enhancing user experience, or enabling personalization features. They will not be used for any other purposes such as marketing, advertising, external training datasets, or shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
     

  • No External Use: Your images will never be sold, distributed, or disclosed externally, nor will they be used in any form of promotional or commercial material outside your personal use within the platform.
     

  • Data Security: We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your photos from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
     

  • User Control: You maintain full control over your uploaded images. You may delete your downloaded photos at any time within your own phone folder, and we will promptly remove them from our servers as per our retention policy.
